We want to clarify the actions we have taken to resolve this for you: Full Refund: We have already processed a 100% refund for your order. Three Shipping Attempts: We made three separate attempts to deliver your backpack, absorbing the total loss from the first two shipments, which were confiscated by Brazilian customs. Our Goodwill Gesture: The third shipment is currently in transit. Regardless of its final outcome (whether it reaches you or is returned again), we consider the matter settled with your refund, and we bear all costs. The repeated returns are due to recent, strict customs enforcement in Brazil, a challenge beyond our control that has affected multiple orders. We have therefore paused new orders to Brazil while seeking a long-term solution. We have acted in good faith to resolve this and hope for your understanding. The Korin Team
