If someone pays for express shipping, you shouldn't sit on your hands for 4 days before shipping it out, that's not express shipping. As for the quality of the goods, historically, they are high quality. I've been a customer for almost a decade, but won't be able to assess the quality of the goods because I will be on the other side of the world when they arrive
