Korin DesignReviews of korin-design.com

It’s taking forever and I can’t even contact to know with my delivery.

I loved everything related to my Clickpack X. The quality is excellent. The shipping was the fastest to Egypt, packaging was good . The only negative point is that it didn't have the warranty card as advertised I'm Disappointed. Otherwise, the backpack is excellent

If someone pays for express shipping, you shouldn't sit on your hands for 4 days before shipping it out, that's not express shipping. As for the quality of the goods, historically, they are high quality. I've been a customer for almost a decade, but won't be able to assess the quality of the goods because I will be on the other side of the world when they arrive

Very disappointed with Korin Design. The rear pocket on my bag was obviously crooked, not just slightly off. When I contacted them, the response was basically that the bag was handmade and imperfections happen. That is not an excuse for poor workmanship. They said they are “trying to do better,” but offered no replacement, refund, credit, or real solution. It felt like they expected me to accept a defective product because it was handmade. For the price, I expected much better quality control and customer service.

Great quality products. Fast service and response from support when needed. Recommend.

Very simple backpack, exactly the small size I was looking for, but with good materials. Shipping was faster than I expected.
