Fake product, not as advertised at all. I wish I'd looked here first 🤦🏻♀️ One returns email does not work, have messaged a different (support@ koreanskintherapy. com - no spaces) and had a very poorly written response, advising a refund will be with me in 3-5 days. I'm not going to hold my breath for this.

Zero star. I ordered the color change foundation. It was Chinese made, not Korean. It didn’t change color or covered anything. Worst still that I end up with rash. There is no return process. Website says email them, but there has been no response for weeks now and multiple emails. It’s a scam.

Following on from a previous review I wrote where they were using the Elroel branded foundation stick in their ads and because of this I asked for a refund! THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME!! Luckily I bought with AMEX so was able to dispute the charge. Definitely a scam dropshipping company! They also conveniently did some editing in their ads where you can no longer read elroel on the stick.

The add for Korean Skin Therapy kept coming up in my feeds on Facebook a d you tube, I eventually caved and thought I would give it a go with a two for price of.one deal. It is clear as stated but gave NO coverage. It felt light but did not cover any marks or redness. It did not do what a cc cream should do. The marketing was very saturating. The delivery was within a reasonable timeframe. I use a cc cream a lot and the one I use is very good and has a higher sunscreen factor but a bit more expensive. Well they keep my business. I guess you get what you pay for. This cream is useless, and I have put it in the bin.

I ordered the Korean color changing foundation stick, medium color. After waiting for weeks, I received the product this morning. What I got was dark tint. The box or stick did not even have the label of the company. It is not from Korea but made in China. I am going to return this item without even trying it out if it will blend. Unfortunately, I did not do a thorough research on this company. I do hope I will be able to return and the company will honor the satisfaction guarantee policy and get a refund. Otherwise, I will be among those who have been scammed. Do not buy from this company.

I would give negative stars if I could! DO NOT BUY THIS! ITS A SCAM! I spent hard earned money on this product and they sent me junks came broken for one and does not work. I am so bummed I wasted money on this. I hope this company get exposed and loses everything.

I bought both the natural and deep colour adapting foundations. Both are white and make me so very pale. Tried to send back so we will see if their 60 day money back guarantee is legitimate.
