Bought directly from their website - they get one star only because something was shipped and received. Item that arrived has no brand marking on the product anywhere. Not on the makeup container itself, nor on the box it came in. Box was clearly marked "Made in China". If it's Korean foundation, it's supposed to be from Korea. Address it shipped from was someone's house on Google. SCAM - FRAUDULANT - FAKE SUBPAR ITEM - DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered the Korean skin therapy colour changing foundation having seen lots of social media adverts but regret it. Not only is it not as described, it has a waxy unpleasant feel similar to a high factor suncream on the skin and doesn’t alter colour to match skin tone but it also arrived in an unbranded box and has no branding on the product itself either. I contacted them to request a prepaid returns label so I could return it for a refund (as per their advertised returns policy) but have had no response. All of these things make me think the product is not a legitimate Korean skincare product and this company unfortunately seems to be a scam. Don’t waste your money, avoid!

One word - Awful!! If there is an option for No star - thats what I would like to give! I asked for a refund and they never replied! No response or apology! Note: this item was sent from China not Korea. I ordered natural colour - made my face white - inconsistent with my undertone skin. This is the worst cosmetic product I have ever purchased.

It looks nothing like what was advertised and certainly does not do as claimed in the adverts. The packaging is unbranded and a different shape container, the texture of the make up is thick like grease, it doesn’t blend well at all, it simply sits on top of the skin and does not change colour leaving my skin very pale with no coverage, washed straight off as have concerns that it could be damaging to the skin. Have emailed a complaint, though have little faith to receive a response looking at other reviews.

This cream is useless. There is no coverage at all and the texture feels oily. It is not comfortable to wear at all. I will throw it in the bin.

It is scam!! Placed an order in October and took 2 weeks to arrive. The packaging doesn’t look as advertised, with no branding on it. The product is not good at all, it doesn’t offer even coverage and your skin stays whiteish and pasty. I have emailed them twice to request a refund and no response - stay clear!!!
