Awful company didn’t receive my makeup and no response from emails. They just robbed me

Deceptive Ingredients Listing on Website The ingredients listed on website are deceiving as only 3 ingredients are listed. When I received the products and checked the ingredients, there were over 40! ingredients, some of which are hormone disruptors. Greater transparency is needed please so your customers can make an informed decision whether to purchase this product. I have also reached out twice for a refund but haven't had a response. The products are unopened. Could someone please get back to me with refund/return instructions.

It has been a month and no delivery. They don’t respond to your emails, the tracker hasn’t been updated since the day of my order. The phone number associated with this company on my credit card records doesn’t work. I’m thinking this is a scam. Yet, they fill my email with multiple marketing and sales notices everyday! I will be extra careful or better yet never purchase from social media market place. I don’t even think it’s Korean skincare products.

Still no reply from multiple emails. As well still not received goods.This is a fraudulent company! Do not purchase from them.

Absolutely awful service. Received product, didn't work as promised, smells funny and feels tacky on my skin. Messaged multiple times asking to take advantage of 60 day money back guarantee, ignored. Avoid at all costs.
