I truly regret not reading these reviews before placing my order. The customer service is awful, they don’t respond at all. The product doesn’t work as advertised, and it’s essentially a scam. I’m now looking into taking further action since they’ve failed to honor their 60-day money-back guarantee. There’s been no contact or updates whatsoever since I contacted them for a refund!

I ordered this product and never received any product. I contacted their customer service through email twice since ordering. One reply was telling me they will check into it. I never got a reply from my second email. Almost 2 months later I still have no product.

DO NOT BUY any product from them! Low quality product with the most pungent smell for the cc cream. Emailed the support 4 times to refund NO reply. I do not believe their product is authentic. This is not Korean skin care.

The product doesn't work. The make up stick that's 'supposed' to match your skin tone as it goes on white is 'greasy' and doesn't match your skin tone. The joke of it was when customer service actually did email me back regarding returning the product, they gave me a fake address: 123 Return Lane, Returns City, CA 90210. What an insult! Do yourself a favor and don't buy the product and don't get scammed like we did!

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! The website promises a full refund if you are dissatisfied with your product, however I am STILL waiting on return instructions. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH!!! The product itself was greasy and over hyped. Overall do not waste your money on this website.

I received the CC creams and the odor is too strong for my taste. I developed a headache and dizziness while trying it out once. Even then, the cream does not really color correct or conceal like a foundation at all. I immediately contacted them for a refund. Their policy is they have a money-back guarantee. I spent 1.5 months trying to reach out for a return authorization. If you email their help@... email you will get zero response. I emailed them using their website contact form and did get a response saying they would forward my request to the refund department. But after that, no more communications. I sent a total of 6 emails and absolutely no response. This company is just banking on making money on garbage products with fake social media influencer reviews and then running with your money when actual paying customers find out how sub-par the product is.

I’m VERY disappointed with Korean Skin Therapy’s customer service. I’ve been trying to contact them for a few weeks now to return a product for a refund, following their own return policy, but I haven’t received any response. There’s no phone number to reach anyone, and emails go unanswered. It’s frustrating because I only wanted to make a legitimate return, but the lack of communication makes it impossible. I hope the company improves its customer support, but for now, I’d caution other potential customers to be aware of this issue before ordering.
