We've used Koorsen for years, and have issues with their monitoring service updating contacts and making calls when there is an alarm. Their inspection and repair side is fantastic, always does a good job and is responsive to trying to resolve physical issues.

Very rarely are the same people dispatched to perform the inspection. Then locations and requirements are constantly reviewed with the personnel. It would be nice if there was some consistency in utilizing the same personnel so they become familiar with our systems and our requirements. But overall, they did a good job in minimizing the intrusive requirements of the inspection

I had no idea what kind of system I needed and have never used a system before. They were able to help me select the best components for my needs at a reasonable price. The DIY installation was straightforward and the system works great! I would highly recommend Koorsen to anyone who needs a security system!
