Very friendly and helpful. He let us know that we can get replacement fire extinguishers from Kidda due to a recall. We did purchase new and are going to be calling Kidda regarding our other ones.

I think Koorsen has provided fire protection services at nearly every location I've ever worked. They're always very professional and take the time to explain things. I would recommend them to any business for their fire protection services.

They show up every year & take care of all of our fire extinguishers! Never had an issue that they couldn't fix!
