So I ordered on June 11 2020 and got it by June 25, 2020. My order was well packaged and the measurements I took to match the measurements of the item on the kooding website matched perfectly. In conclusion the item i purchased fit very well. I received one email when I bought it. That email had a picture At the top saying when the order was received, processing, and shipped so that’s how I was updated throughout the order. Then it kind of just arrived at my door perfectly packaged. I would say I had a really good experience. I did wonder where it was at times but it did come. I would buy from this website again.

Kooding carries really stylish clothing that you can't find anywhere else. I 've bought from them several times and they were all as expected. Even though they do not provide phone customer service, they do provide email support which was always pleasant experience and responsive.

I understand that due to COVID-19 that things will get delayed. But at least have some decency to notify your customers about delays for certain "BRANDS" you call them. I also read that a $9.99 processing fee applies to returns if we request for them to be credited back to our original form of payment. Now that rule applies only if you were truthful enough with your products. First thing is the photos don't really match the actual items. Second is that the "BRANDS" are different from what I got which is misleading and can be deemed as a fraud. I purchased "REDHOMME" and "TIAG" pants from the site and when they came in the brand was "TRIPLE J" and look very identical to one another even if it was 2 different styles from 2 different brands. Another thing is if you go to the photos shown on the website the tags are BLURRED OUT for what? what is the reasoning behind these? Quality is also cheap like Forever 21 Plus the customer service representative would even tell me they couldn't compensate the processing fee as I am verbatim "cancelling" the whole order. If you had good customer service and management you would have the decency to waive off the processing fee as you did not even meet the processing deadline of 21 days and have I not reached out to customer service I would be waiting in limbo? Please be professional enough on how you rectify cases like these. I tried to work this out with your customer service department but I have to escalate this to Paypal as you have the audacity to insist that I have to shoulder the processing fee of $9.99. $9.99 is $9.99 especially at these tough times $9.99 wouldn't grow out from trees.
