I have already written one review, and the response I got was products on Amazon are not as good as konsciousketo because they do not have the same ingredients. I beg to differ. They DO have the same ingredients, although konsciousketo has SLIGHTLY more of those ingredients. For 20.00 less, I chose Amazon. You get more product for less money, and in 2 days rather than 10. Amazons keto activate tastes better too!

I have enjoyed the recipes and ease in which they can be made. Unfortunately, I haven’t lost any weight. Are there other factors that may be holding me back? Hypothyroidism, medication, menopause, - most likely. But I’m eating good food, staying away from gluten, and trying my best.

Recipes are great. I’ve been stressed. I’ve been to my Doctor for bronchitis. I was put on steroids for a week. They make most people hungry or thirsty. (Of course that’s me) I lost 1lb. Yay I look at as progress. I love the recipes. I live alone and don’t always cook. I know what I can eat when I go for takeout. Going on vacation so this a big help! Thank you Keto Konscious.

I really like that I get weekly recipes. The ones I have tried are very good. I do have a problem with losing weight though. I stay on the program, but since I had lap-band surgery many years ago I can't eat a complete serving of any of the recipes.Maybe that is my problem. Do you think eating maybe four times a day might helpful. I stay on the program because I feel good on It.
