Best taste ever
I've been using/drinking chocolate keto shake until now which works for me. the first purchase 2019 or 2020 I like the taste of Konscious chocolate keto shake, this is the best taste ever compare with others. The reason I rate 4 stars it's because it's pricey. But the results it's great, and I'm sharing this experience with my friends and they were surprised about weight . I lost 10 lbs. in 2-3 weeks . I reach my ideal weight. I want to maintain my weight and continue taking chocolate keto shake.

Overcomplicated Recipes on the menu
The menu and recipe is overly complicated. Most of the recipes were designed for 4 or more people. I the only one on doing this. Also I want simple meal plan that I use.

Too many ads for products
Too many ads for products. Most don’t work and are extremely expensive. Waste of money!

After I started the keto diet and added…
After I started the keto diet and added the Konscious keto to it, my cholesterol went from 215 to 154 in less than four months. My other numbers also improved. My doc told me to keep doing what I’m doing. I also lost six pounds in the process and I’m keeping it off.
