The food plans and recipes had a lot of foods I’ve never even heard of before, and certainly cannot purchase in any grocery store in the community that I live in! Pretty much useless to me!

I ordered 2 chocolate shakes and tried 2 times it was not to my liking. I game my daughter a chance to try it she did not like it either. By the time I ordered it it too late to get my money back. So I still have an in opened container and one semi full container. Which no one wants.

I was excited to start Keto, but this plan did not work for me. I will try another Keto plan, only because I have seen it work for my friends.

I love the banana powder I ordered - you never know how “off” The banana taste might be, but I’m very pleased with this product. Only reason for four stars instead of five is it’s seems extremely expensive. Much more than I wanna spend every two weeks or so for 15 servings.
