KonnectedReviews of konnected.io

As always, their support and communication are first rate!

Very friendly and responsive customer support and the process of converting to the new board was fairly straightforward.

Works beautifully. Control your alarm from anywhere. Any questions are answered within minutes via email.

The male end didn't fit the USB port like normal USB connections. Konnected support assured me it was the proper cable. During the subsequent attempt to connect, the USB port broke off of the board. Return shipping and handling is more than the cost of the cable. It should be pro-rated.

Great product. The team at konnected.io is responsive and helpful. I will use their solutions again and again.

Sent me updated units right away. Great customer service.

Very happy with the GDO. Works well, documentation was excellent and does what it is supposed to do in a nice compact package.

Konnected is the perfect solution to update, improve, and/or modernize your home alarm system using existing sensors and equipment. I did a straight upgrade, taking the old alarm out of service and connecting it to SmartThings with other home automations. It’s PERFECT!
