Offering a conversion kit with little savings from an interface kit is a trap for first timer whe you aren’t sure which fits your needs. Subsequent purchase of 2 interface modules to compensate the correct setup from the mistake made with conversion kit will require nearly half the price of a new conversion kit which is a ripoff. Shipping and import duties not included and those are double the cost as well. I would have bought the interface kit and thrown the interface modules even if I don’t need than rather than being ripped off.

Shocking. I bought a pro panel a few years back. It worked perfectly fine with my home assistant. Then they decided change the firmware to esphome and forced you to update as it was no longer supported. I did this and now the panel is bricked. Response is sorry it's out of warranty. They forced and provided the firmware! AVOID!!

i had a hard time trying to setup and got no support frome you guys

Product support lacks and the product itself is not ready for the masses

The male end didn't fit the USB port like normal USB connections. Konnected support assured me it was the proper cable. During the subsequent attempt to connect, the USB port broke off of the board. Return shipping and handling is more than the cost of the cable. It should be pro-rated.

The unit would NOT work on WIFI. I worked with your technician over several weeks. Try this, try that, buy this special cable, load this driver. No, none of it worked, so I send the unit back.

I dislike that for a return you pass the shipping cost onto the customer. I’m returning something that cost around $20 and my actual refund will be around $6 because the shipping cost is being deducted from my refund. That is insulting. I won’t be back.

The item sounds great but the support service is non existent. I’ve had experience with many such suppliers and thought these were different but they are simply the worst I’ve ever encountered. I’d recommend using an alternative.
