Hi, Emily we so sorry to hear about this. in our shoe description, we already mentioned our shoes are CN size. we already converted CN size into US size. also, we have a size chart on every shoe page as well to let our client easy choose the right size. also, we do free return if we send wrong shoe size to our client. if you have a problem with that, feel free to contact us. thank you very much x

Hi Sharon I have checked your package, on the shipping tracking site is showing your package was delivered to you today. On June 15th you placed shoes on our website, and the destination is Australia, Tiosebon is the overseas company, we did not set up any warehouse in Australia. which is we have to send shoes to you from the other country. and the delivery time need cost 10-15 business days.
