This 1 star is only because of the customer service. The shoes on other hand nice looking and comfortable. I personally have bought over the past year probably 12 pairs for myself and friends. In the past there have been issues with receiving it on time but they always refunded me the shipping. My latest order is my LAST just because they out right LIE to their customers an order placed 3 weeks ago refunded my shipping. 12 days prior I was told that the order was delayed because no Fedex flights .... Again that was 12 days ago Oh! and its coming from California too ATL. Georgia. Via Memphis of course. As of 2 days ago they are telling me the order was picked 12 days ago and its still at the airport waiting to be put on an airplane to be but because of Pandemic no flights are operating Ridiculous, I ran this by a Friend of mine who is a Captain for Fedex. NO flights were ever delayed because of the Pandemic other than the ones running China Turns.....

Buyer's BEWARE!! Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and one of the pairs fit awkwardly - too wide and too big and the other one wasn't wide enough. Men's Breathable Anti-slip Sandals - Khaki / 10US|9.5UK Men's Breathable Anti-slip Sandals - Brown / 8.5US|8UK. They were in "perfect" condition upon return. It costs me $14.00 to return them and then on top of that which I didn't know they charge a $5.00 fee each shoe to put them back on the shelf, which I wasn't told about. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. There are way better shoes out there and better customer services. I am sure I essentially paid for both pairs of shoes with the $5.00 flat fee for each pair not refunded. I do not recommend these shoes or this company.

HORRIBLE COMPANY--MISSIZED SNEAKERSI bought a pair of their sneakers.When i got them,which took long to get,they were 1 size toooooo big...i contacted them immediately. i asked for a size 8,they sent a size 9. i took pictures and contacted them. They said they were the correct size and returning them i will get charged a flat fee of $5.00.I was told to take pictures of the return,and i will be refunded the postage it cost me to send it. OHHHH,then I get a foreign transaction fee from my credit card company. They stated the product was coming from the united states..It clearly is from Hong Kong.It cost me $13.00 for a $27.00 sneaker that I dont have and returned. They will not honor what they say,nor take care of any FULL REFUND,ONLY PARTIAL.OH AND THEY HAVE AN ODOR TOO!!!!!DONT BUY ANY OF THESE SNEAKERS!!!!THEY ARE MADE IN HONG KONG---AND LOOK AT WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW IN THE WORLD THAT STARTED IN HONG KONG!!!

The first thing you will notice is the chemical smell. I put my shoes outside for 2 days. I then put them in the closet for a few days before I wore them for a walk with the dog. I have to say they were comfortable but the smell is overwhelming. I also feel that my feet are burning even though I have socks on. Not sure if this all in my head because of the smell but I can't wear these shoes because of the smell. I did contact the company and their answer was to put the shoes outside and use sachets or sprays to help with the smell and a 15% discount on a new pair. Like I would buy another pair of smelly shoes.

This company is not trustable. Their shipment is the slowest compared to any other online store. You might not get what's described and when you contact them, you get no response. So it turned out it's just waste of money.

Negative 0!!! Tiosebon are liars and deceitful. They work make sure that they delete or hide bad reviews. This company is once again a Chinese scam. The WORST customer service. I purchased the shoe and once I received the garbage bag packaging, literally, I ealized that it was false advertisement. It is NOT leather as they advertised nor hand stitching. They are worth less than $3 TOTAL. I opened the bag and to an acrid odor. I re-packaged up immediately and mailed at $12. Plus, though never worn, they charge $5 per shoe to restock (liars) as they will resell. Then offer you 50% off if you keep. It's so ridiculous. STAY AWAY from TIOSEBON! STAY AWAY! They use chemicals that are hazardous to your health. I wish I could post pics. The shoes were cheaply made with painted streaks to mimic distressed leather. They are liars. Dishonest. They don't stand behind their products. They may be comfortable as some state but, be careful the chemicals that you're exposing your feet, too. Stay away from Tiosebon or whoever the f#$@ this company really is. Mad in China (Yes, Mad as in Insane)

These shoes apparently run very small. I ordered a 41 ... my normal size and the same size as other shoes I received last week from another vendor. Upon receipt, I opened them up, tried them on and emailed Tiosebon. Their response is that is is my mistake and they have to receive them back within 7 days at my expense (which would require expensive, expedited postage) to even exchange them. This is not a customer service vendor. I did not order the wrong size, their shoes are defectively small.

If I could give NO stars, I would. These $24.60 shoes came smelly and did not fit. I wanted a refund. But they require them back in 7 days express mail which costs $30. Then they take a $5 restock fee. Leaves me $10+ out of pocket plus NO shoes. Customer service is unreasonable and wont work with you only giving you 50% off another purchase. I'm still out my $24.60. STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!
