Been two weeks. They have my money and I don't have the shoes.

I would like the correct sandals I ordered or my money back this has been a very awful experience from the beginning long shipping process and the communication sucks give me my money or my item please

The only complaint I have is their 7 day return policy. I don't know of any other web site in the US that only allows 7 days to return something. This is insane. What is your hurry? Or are you hoping that people just don't read the return policy until it is too late. For this reason I will never order again.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes 2 of them were the bow tie flip flops. I received the shoes however they were very poorly made with one of them the straps are already coming loose and they have not even been worn yet, the other pair I received the incorrect size. I have tried to contact them by email 5 times with no response and the number listed goes to a voice mail which is never returned. This company is a scam and I will be contacting my bank to file a claim to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! i WILL ALSO BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!! To Tiosebon just remember you get back what you put out! and there is always more than 1 way to skin a cat!! This is not the way for you to do business and have loyal customers when advertising and selling poor products and no customer service at all!!!

Poor Quality Shoes and when returned they keep $5 First, shoes had not been delivered in a month. Only after I emailed to complain, were the shoes shipped. I have plantar fasciitis and need shoes with support. They were described as having a very supportive foot bed. They felt like walking on $1 flip flops and looked very cheap also. I was disappointed in both pairs and spent my money to ship them back. Then I found out that they take $5 per pair to restock even after I expressed my dissatisfaction. Will NEVER even consider buying from them, Horrible experience from beginning to end!!!!!

I ordered my shoes on 4/27 - today is 6/9 - still no shoes. I will be filing a claim through PayPal and will not purchase from this firm again.

I ordered shoes over 5 weeks ago that were supposed to arrive in 10 days. I still do not have the shoes. The tracking hasn't updated since April 28th and I have emailed many times and they always respond with "Give it 2-3 more days and if they don't arrive we will refund you full amount." I filed a claim with paypal and they haven't responded to Paypal yet. I still don't have the shoes or my money! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Also, they act like they are in California but the damn shoes are coming from CHINA!

I’ve been waiting on an email back for two long now i paid for expedited shipment so there’s no way i should be having this problem now that I’m trying to get a refund i can’t get in contact with no one and i have emailed twice.This is horrible. I just want my money back NOW
