Placed order 10/21, still waiting, tracking number show’s USPS still waiting to receive, these folks are fishy at best, you can tell by the wording from their email responses, lesson learned, never again.

Awful. Bad service, long shipping time from China

First off it took a while to get the shoes only to get a cheaply made attempt to copy the picture. I am so unsatisfied. I was so excited when I ordered only to be disappointed. Now I’m on the search for the real website that has the real shoes!

Wish I could give this company zero stars waited close to eight weeks for horrible quality shoes! The sticthingwas terrible and the shoes looked like a knock off from the photos on the site. You have to pay shipping to purchase and return the shoes the sizing is way off so good luck to getting the right size for you. When I asked if there was a way to waive the shipping fee since I had to wait so long to receive my order, which was a christmas gift that didn't fit or get here in time (due to the item being "restocked" ) they offered me a bogus $10 off coupon that doesn't even work.. Worst experience I have ever had with an online site by far.

Horrible Company!!! DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING from these scumbags!!!! You will never receive anything for months, do not bother to reach out to them. If you are lucky enough to get what you order you CAN NEVER RETURN it under any circumstances!!!!

Hi Berkin We had a very busy season and have a lack of employee to take care of the Trustpilot review, Sorry for the late response I just have look at your parcel, you placed shoes on Aug 8th and the package was delivered to you on Aug 28th, you choose the Standard Shipping method when you place shoes on our store, the delivery time needs 9-14 business days. which is a normal time for delivery, as you know we need 1-5 days to process orders, but for fast shipping method, the delivery time only needs 3-6 business days. If you still did not get shoes from us, feel free to call us (+1) 3236750699 or email us: [email protected] Thank you.
