The worst experience ever Room over a month to receive. Went 2 weeks just sitting in the warehouse. When i asked when it would be shipped stated today. A week later sent another message asking has it been shipped so tracking has been updated find out it was never shipped when they stated the first time. I thought i was getting a cross body purse since there title said cross. It was a shoulder bag. By the time the time it came I no longer needed it. Vacation had come and gone. I just donated the bag and won’t be ordering again from them.

Would give O stars if I could, the merchant is a liar and thief — they take your money and do not ship the product PLEASE be aware. Shut this site downnnn.

I placed an order on July 10th and was shown delivery would be 9 to 14 working days. Here we are on August 22nd and still no package. I received an email asking for a review. In the email I explained that I haven't gotten my package and the response was " please be patient" . That's when I got upset and demanded a refund. Please be patient is fine when something is a day or two late. A month late is unacceptable! For them to ask more of me when I have paid for something makes me feel like they are thieves and never had enything to send. The day after I placed and order I got an email with tracking info. When I went to the usps website, the item was in New York awaiting shipment. I live close to new york and when I asked why it had taken so long, I was told again to be patient. As of August 14th I demanded a refund. Finally someone told me the logistics company claimed the package was lost. Really???.Just give my money back or I'll dispute it with PayPal or my bank. After all of the, lady in service@konhill told me to close the dispute and she will issue the refund. I am so sick of these companies! They are quick to take the money for orders and quick to act like you are dumb to ask for a refund. Make sure you read these reviews before ordering, and make sure to do a review. Oh yeah I got a refund August 22nd

I ordered a product and I still haven't received it. It's been close to a month. The package is still showing in NY.

Ordered size 10 on 3/4/23 received size 5 on 3/22/23. Contacted Tiosebon customer service by email, along with picture of wrong size tag on shoe. Received two emails. One email 3/22/23 stated the correct size would be sent expedited shipping. Nothing sent. Next email 3/26/23 states they will ship in one week. Nothing again and it is now 4/5/23.

I ordered a pair of shoes in my size but got a pair of shoes half the size. It isn't a store in the US so a return will cost just as much. This really sucks. I will not be recommending this site.
