Kole Imports & CloseoutsReviews of koleimports.com

Great company to work with; especially as an international buyer. There is always follow up as well as suggestions of items that may be of interest given our past purchasing patterns.

Enjoy doing business with Kole. Good buys

All orders have been correct and we have been satisfied with all merchandise

Excellent Service by Rafael Lopez!

Shipping was fast and product met expectations.

I was bit hesitant to place an order for candles which I was planning to use for favors for my wedding since I was a bit late in ordering (about 2-3weeks was all the time I had). I emailed the company inquiring about shipping and was pleasantly surprised with how quick and efficient Mark was in responding to my concerns. Mark was an absolute pleasure-friendly and professional- and assured me I would receive the product in plenty of time. Mark kept me up to date with each move and even sent me a separate email to let me know my candles were on the way and even included the tracking information. Mark sent follow up emails to ensure I was satisfied with the product and I can honestly say I was and still am beyond satisfied with the product and customer service I received. I will certainly be ordering from Kole Imports again and will not hesitate to refer them to others. I look forward to my next experience with Mark and the Kole's team!!

I have worked directly with Rudy who represents your company extremely well. He has constantly delivered and followed up very fast. You don’t get this type of service, especially after your first order. He has treated me as a new client on each and every order. Kudos to Rudy!!!

Kole Imports' products are quality products and are priced right, especially for a small business owner
