The jewellry looks very cheap and is extremely poor quality.I bought two pairs of earrings in the sale and that cost me £33, a complete rip off.One pair of hoop earrings has no backs. It has taken so long for them to arrive that I cannot be bothered to send them back. A lesson to be learned, read the reviews first.

I purchased a pair of earrings last month which, on arrival, look nothing like the photo in the description. Very cheap and nasty. I have emailed the contact address several times to initiate a return but with no response. I would avoid this company at all costs. Do not order from them, you will be disappointed.

Cheap plastic tat sold as "silver" or "gold"...if you read the terms and conditions that actually just means silver or gold "colour". Returns have to be sent back to China, when you eventually get the return address out of their customer support. AVOID

Dreadful company to deal with. My partner Received item of jewellery from this company that didn’t resemble the item advertised, I sent photos to prove her point but she was only initially offered 20% refund. After contacting them again and noting this was an unfair offer She was told to get her money back She would have to return item to China using recorded tracked delivery or accept 35% refund (£3.67) The item was sent out from an address in Southall west London but you cannot return items to this address. Given this item only cost £10.50 returning to China would cost more in its return than it’s value. Avoid this company, as if you don’t like what you’ve received from them, you have little chance of getting your money back.
