Ordered a ring but it had a stone missing so I contacted them immediately. Initially they replied saying it would be replaced, still haven't received it. They don't even respond yo my emails now.

I ordered a pair of earrings and a ring. Instead a received a cheap and relatively useless plastic clip. Customer services are no longer replying to my emails. I feel like an idiot falling for this scam. Please stay away from this company.

Do not use this website, I ordered earrings and necklace and I got sent a paper bear! That said earrings on front of packaging! They are refusing to give me a full refund and I will be taking legal action. Stay away!

I couldn’t believe how poor the quality of the goods was and returning them to China in the middle of Royal Mail strike is proving a nightmare. My advice DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. You will regret.

If I could give zero stars I would. Total rip-off. I blame myself...£20 I could have given to the Earthquake rescue...DO NOT BUY

Very cheap jewellery from china I feel like I’ve been scammed! There’s no way they retail at the price they say they do. I’m in total shock. Do not waste your money.

Fell for the scam of closing sale on social media. Fake products from china. Nothing like the website. DO NOT TRUST

A scam !! Seriously avoid. They marketed as a closing down sale however they clearly aren’t. Also not based on the UK. Address on the website states Texas whoever the jewellery is actually shipped from China. Please avoid !!
