I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I bought two ‘silver’ rings which came around 2 weeks later bearing in mind they say they’re UK based. The rings came in a cheap clear plastic bag and were sharp and have caused irritation. I contacted the company got a fast response and they asked to pay for postage I agreed. Now they have stopped responding to all my emails and essentially lost out on a fair bit of money. Don’t waste your time or money on this company they are clearly not legit and they’re scammers and just take your money.

Fake claims for gold jewellery as it's not real gold even though before sale prices make it look real...

I received my earings eventually and they were bent these eating had one stone each and only one stone was in place the missing one was not in the bag they were bent and not fit for wearing...I sent photos and have sent several emails several months have passed and still the replacement ones have not arrived..it is a computer generated reply I wanted a refund and I am not at all happy with this company

I ordered the dragonfly necklace for £19.99. It had not arrived even though their shipping app says it has. Don’t buy, the company has not replied to my emails and I doubt I’ll get my Mon back or the product I ordered.

Very poor quality. The 70% discount is there to promote purchase.The rings l purchased left a nasty black residue on my fingers. Two were so small a 3 year d could wear them and the ankle bracelet broke. Not even worth the reduced price. I am currently waiting for a refund. However reading all the reviews l do not hold out much hope. As already read, l was offered 15%, increased to 30 then 40, but l don't think that will be happening. There should be someone out there to hold the company to account.

Ordered the owl ring at the beginning of April. Despite numerous emails to them and numerous automated ones and others back I have still not received this item. I have been asking for a refund but still nothing. I would not advise anyone to order from this company.

This is a fraudulent company they do not sell 925 silver, it’s just poorly plated full of nickel items that you would find in a Christmas cracker ( tested items with jewellers X-ray machine ) and Customer service is disgusting they won’t give you money back stating you have to pay for the item to be returned to China even though they give the impression they are a uk company ! Everything on the website is false. Scam scam scam

Thats is shame for them to say is hand made jewellery is rubbish product and the price is very high i notice some of products is similar on Shein Company where is very cheap and Koala sell it very high price i wish to check the reviews..Shame on you Koala this is scam...
