SCAM!!!!!! They buy their stuff from Temu Trying to sort a refund Scam vile company They blocked me on Facebook

Absolute scam chap and nasty jewellery. Really wish I had seen this page before ordering.

Be aware do not Oder from this company, I wished I had read all the previous reviews instead of looking at the fake ones on Facebook. I was scammed like everyone else, my adjustable ring snapped in half within 10 minutes of wearing it. No response from their customer services. No point in paying to return it as I think it will be a total waste of time, I’m going to try and claim the money back on credit card. Lesson learned 😡😢

Snowflake sterling silver necklace - cheap and nasty. Mystery ring and earrings- even cheaper looking. Worse than Christmas cracker gifts. Feel stupid for having been conned by this company. No reply to my request for returns information. DO NOT BUY FROM KOALA.

Hi, please don't order from this site, it's total scam, order in July 14th, hasn't arrived yet. Emailed customer service, no answer. TOTAL SCAM.

I ordered a ring and when it came it was nothing like their picture. I complained and was told it was the lighting and it was the same ring its a joke. They gave me a 6.60 refund. When I asked if I ordered again would I get the ring I wanted they said no I would get the ring I received.the

Don’t buy from them. My first order was great. Next order earrings were damaged tried to get in touch for replacement or refund they don’t answer had yo get my bank to take it up. BE AWARE
