I ordered, and paid for, a pair of Starfish earrings from this company on 5th August 2023 after viewing their products via their Facebook page....I am still awaiting delivery. I have emailed them twice but not received a response. Very poor customer service Reading other TP reviews, it would seem this is a regular problem

The site is closing down. Be aware buying anything as you may loose your money but not get items or get bad quality/damaged ones as per previous reviews.

Do not but from this company! I ordered for my niece a ring she liked. She then decided no she'll have money instead. No response at all, this was on the same day that I cancelled it. Sent several emails from their contact page nothing. Sent to their email, came back truncated, Domain not found. Spent a lot of time trying to get a responce. It's not a decent site. I would give no stars, but can't write a review

I ordered 2 pearl necklace sets and what arrived was very different to what was on website. I’ve contacted to arrange return straightaway 3 emails later and I have still not received a response. I have now filed for a charge back with my bank

Absolute waste of money! The gold plated came off on day 2 of wearing it! Do not waste your money and don’t believe the fake reviews on social media like I did! 🤬

If I could give 0 stars I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Paid 24 quid for a bracelet as a gift have requested a refund the same day and 0 response. They don’t have an instagram account and don’t respond to reviews. Vile people.
