I bought a ring from this company that is meant to be 925 Sterling Silver and although it does look like the picture there are no hallmarks to show that it's silver. They draw people in by showing vast discounts because they are "closing down". Don't be fooled. I do like the ring, but I don't like being scammed.

Bought from what was advertised as a UK London company, but it's not, the earrings are hirrid, stones are just nasty blue plastic glued on to cheap metal and the fastening are virtually impossible to open/close once in your ear, after quite a wait I got email in French asking for photos which I sent birthday are offering a 15%!! Refund plus a non specified discount provided I waste another £6-7 pounds on recorded delivery! Don't waste your money

I wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase in August, instead of all the fake ones on their Facebook page 😡 I realised straight away that I had been scammed so sent an email within 5 minutes to cancel my order (which according to their website you’re able to do within 12 hours of ordering), I actually sent 3 emails and a Facebook message to cancel. I had no response. The cheap looking pieces of junk did arrive after a couple of weeks and as others have said, were not fit for purpose (I intended to give as gifts but they looked and felt like something you’d get out of a Christmas cracker). They did actually respond to my emails (each one took about 3 days to get a response), and to cut a long story short, as this has been going on for 2 months, I have finally received a full refund today. BUT I had to send the rubbish back to China at my own cost (just under £10 as I chose to send it recorded delivery). So, they will refund eventually but they just ignore everything they don’t want to listen to so it’s better just to cut your losses, save your energy and send back to them. I’m so angry that they are able to trade under the pretence of being a high quality jewellery company, and I hope that people are reading these reviews before making the same mistake the rest of us have 😤

If I could give this no stars I would. Ordered 3 items, total £54. One was broken when it arrived. All items in flimsy plastic bags. All look cheap metal. I cannot give them as gifts as intended as look like rubbish. Emailed for return and refund, no response to 3 emails. Under no circumstances buy from this company.

Awful! A complete scam

Avoid, scam company! Not silver, green fingers and copper coming through after 2 days. Very disappointed.

Avoid! Nothing like images awful quality and zero customer services Total con!
