Wish I had checked this site before ordering.my £23 earring broke the first time I put them in.i have email them loads of time with no reply.cant imagine getting my refund.

Do not touch this company! My error for not looking at Trustpilot before I placed an order. Absolutely, the quality is appalling & all seems very dodgy. I wait to see if I will ever get my refund.

Purchased two pairs of earrings. Overpriced, cheap and nasty products - wish I had checked here first before buying.

A rip off. I’ve been trying to get a refund for the last 5 months since they haven’t send me a replacement for the damaged item received. You get the same automated email every time …. They are tracking down the order with the warehouse …..

Disgusting fraudulent company. I ordered what looked like good quality items from a company that said they were selling things at a reduced price because of a closing down sale, (a closing down sale which never really ends) and is nothing like the quality of items you will receive, which are cheap, christmas cracker quality flimsy items not worth the sale price let alone the supposed retail price they were reduced from. Like others, I paid £7.00 for a tracked and recorded delivery to return the items when I got no reply to my emails. ( So I've not only lost the money I paid for the jewellery I have added to the loss paying for postage. They now have the items back in what they are now saying is the wrong warehouse in Coalville in the UK. Its a chinese company and I wouldn't have ordered from them if their website hadn't stated its registered in the UK.

Absolutely 💯 rubbish is what you receive. Don't go near this Chinese company 😢

Disgusting fraudulent company. Ordered a ring in silver came as gold look. It was a present and they ignored all my communication about trying to return and ask to send the correct ring. I've not had any of my money back or the chance to return. I had to buy another gift. It really upset me. Do not use this company. They are a disgrace!!!!!!! Shouldn't be allowed to trade..not in the UK.
