I echo all the other 1 star reviews on here and would have given zero stars if I could have done. Cheap and nasty products that were completely unwearable due to such poor quality. Was given the runaround by the infamous 'Susan' but I won't go into that because it's the same story as already told on previous reviews. I strongly advise you NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

What an awful firm! I ordered some earrings and accidentally pressed another pair by mistake. I immediately emailed them and was told they would get back to me within two days. Someone called Susan said they couldn't stop the order as it had been dispatched but not yo worry as returns were easy. My package arrived. The earrings I ordered are not worth the money and the set I tried to cancel are rubbish and look like the contents of a cheap Christmas cracker. I immediately emailed Koala to ask how I return them for a refund but have heard nothing. Surely this is illegal?

FRAUD AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!. I got in touch for refund no reply whatsoever the lady Susan asked me to send the pic and then no reply . This is a total rip off. Please stay away from this website ...Have sent several emails in varying degrees of politeness asking for what was advertised or refunds. All we get is the same computer generated reply...we will look into it.... But they NEVER reply further. Time has run out now for any refund. FRUSTRATED!!! I am thinking of reporting to Trading Standards

A complete fraud! Advertising quality etc but all lies. No description of metal used although original price would suggest sterling silver etc. Not handmade and evidence on other sites (eBay, etc) that most jewellery obtainable elsewhere at less price.

Broken ring after a week of wear that they would not replace. Very poor customer service and shoddy goods

Fraud!!! ordered on koalajewelsbrand "handmade jewelry" and got chip fake! Actual goods are not even close to the advertised. Can send photos "reality vs expectations" to everybody interested. And yes same "Susan" (mentioned in the reviews below) after a week of polite promises for the refund and after I have sent the goods to the address stated as Returning address - refused to refund and proposed me to resend the goods to China. Suppose the postage fee will be more than cost of goods!! Going to claim fraud with my credit card. Avoid Koala as a plague!!!!

The spiral earrings I ordered weeks ago fnally arrived. Advertised as hand crafted silver! They are cheap machine cut metal.They looked big in photo. In reality, they are tiny and tinny. A real scam. NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISED PHOTO OF EARRINGS.

Poor quality item. I've had better from a Christmas cracker. Don't waste your money,the stuff is cheap and nasty. I only wish I'd read the reviews before I wasted my money
