Don’t even consider buying this rubbish
Mr Gary W.
ordered ... paid ... never received anything and haven't got my money back. no help when i've emailed either. think it's the worst service i've ever had. would strongly recommend not to order from here.

CROOKS!! Beware!!! They steal your money. I returned an order and they never refunded me. They should be reported.

If I could give a minus, I happily would ! The earrings I received were nothing like what were posted on their website - all 4 pairs were all poorly made and with plastic-looking materials. The website claimed this is a 'British' U.K. company - it is definitely NOT. It is a Chinese company based in Mainland China, hiding behind a U.K. address in West Midlands industrial estate. Getting a refund is next to impossible. DO NOT buy from this company, whatever you do.

Utterly cheap and nasty. Do not order. Spent £70 on rubbish.

DO NOT BUY HERE. TERRIBLE COMPANY. NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. They say you can return goods, but you try! They don’t reply to emails, nor to their web assistant. They don’t supply any contact numbers. I have been on to my credit card company but they say as long as I have received the goods and they are not faulty, they cannot help. The Jewellery I received was definitely not handmade! I too wish I had read the reviews before I purchased anything.

Closing down sale? I doubt it very much. Looks like a dishonest scam to offload their poor quality stuff. My 'vintage silver earrings' appear to have been made with a shiny plasti-coated base metal and the 'precious stone' a little lump of coloured plastic. Postage suggests it is a Chinese company. Avoid at all costs.

I sent for a Pearl necklace that was supposed to be worth £80 reduced to £24.99 when it arrived was stuffed into a little plastic bag and have seen better in a cracker!! To get a refund you have to jump through hoops paying for return and tracking when it is not worth the money. I can’t believe with all these bad reviews someone can’t intervene as they are procuring money under false pretences.
