KoalajewelsbrandReviews of koalajewelsbrand.com

Purchased some earrings from this brand. I have ordered from them in the past and not had an issue. The order confirmation came through. Later I had an update to my order confirmation. This was confusing because I had not changed anything. Koala had ADDED a mystery bundle without my permission and charged my card. I received the jewellery and it was hideous. I emailed them and they asked for the mystery bundle to be returned. I did not have a problem with this BUT they wanted ME to pay to return the order to them and have it insured to make sure it got them. I refused, saying they had broken consumer laws, they stopped contact with me. The money is not so much the issue but the pure audacity that they are getting away with taking advantage of people. It pays to read reviews and had I done so I most certainly would not have purchased from them! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND.

I do not normally write reviews but have to for this company. DO NOT BUY anything from them! wish i had read these reviews before i parted with my £50. The jewellery is nothing like they advertise it is cheap rubbish, i thought, stupidly, that the two necklaces i ordered would come in nice packaging for the money that i'd spent, instead it came attached to cardboard saying fasion jewellery, and it is that, cheap crap that i cannot gift for Christmas presents. I have been emailing the company but again, should have read these messages as i'm not going to get anywhere in trying to return them or get any refund. Such a bad company, do not waste your money, i should have bought local which i was going to but thought the necklaces looked lovely, what a shock when i received them, nothing like advertised.😡

Just shows you need to read reviews before you buy, although it is not easy to find on Trustpilot. The only good thing I can say about them is they were quick to respond to my request to return a piece of really cheap looking jewelry. Easy for them since you have to pay to send it back to China!! The cheapest costing over £9. Their business model seems to be built on the assumption that they can send out any rubbish because most people won't want to pay to return it. A bunch of crooks really.

Avoid In real order looks much different than on photos. If you want to return you need to send it back to China and pay for shipping. Never ever use them again 😭

Please please please do not purchase from this company the goods are cheap and tacky and that's after waiting 4 weeks for it to arrive from China. This is not a British company its a scam!

I bought 2 silver rings, but when they arrived they were tarnished and very poor quality, and certainly not silver more like cheap chrome. I contacted customer service & requested them to be returned & refunded. They asked for photographs, which I sent, then was told its their policy for the customer to pay for items, but they would give me 10% off my next purchase. I will not however be buying anything from them. And have not received a refund.

DO NOT BUY. I would describe my purchase as the lowest possible quality. Waited a long time to get it and it bears no resemblance to what I ordered. Definitely not gold or silver.

Like a lot of previous customers I didn't check the reviews. So wish I had. I have never seen such shocking jewellery...ever, when I paid £17 for unusual looking silver earrings. Nothing, nothing like the picture. Also I have been trying to return but look at other reviews I can see that I will get nowhere. This site urgently needs looking into. I agree with all the comments made by other customers. DO NOT BUY !!!
