KoalajewelsbrandReviews of koalajewelsbrand.com

Do NOT buy If there was a ZERO score I would give it This is the worst quality, ugly and nothing like the pictures. I feel completely shocked and robbed

It's a shame that I have to put a star for this company. I totally agree with the reviews I've read and feel stupid for not having read them before. My sympathy to the Koala Kraft's in Sandy, Beds that might have been damaged by confused buyers. I'll search them out in the near future. But Koala brand, just another version of Temu and Shein - looks cheap and good....but just cheap and cheerful. Them the ones being cheerful.

Utter garbage! I am so angry with myself for not checking this company before buying. Pictures on website show decent and attractive pieces that look handcrafted from quality materials, however what I have received are plasticky, moulded, embarrassingly cheap tat. One piece has unsurprisingly arrived broken!! Really awful. Hoping I can get a refund as I spent almost £55 on what is no better than cheap cracker toys. AVOID!!!

Why didn't I read reviews .... I always read reviews .... until I didn't :((( Complete waste of money for something that I would be disappointed if I had got it out of a Christmas cracker :( Avoid like the plague.

If I could give no stars I would. I was sent the wrong item which was their error and they will not refund instead they say 10%off next purchase!!No way will I buy again from them. They are totally ignoring all my emails.I am left with a useless item and rage!

Do not purchase anything from this company I received a bracelet and have been requesting a return address for nearly a month with no response from them I never write reviews usually but please do not part with any money

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. 2 pairs of earings arrived - they looked like they had come out of a cheap Christmas cracker! I'm not going to attempt returning to China as the reviews say I'll get nowhere. Hard lesson learned - should have read the reviews first which all said the same!

I usually check reviews before placing order unfortunately this time I didn’t with koala never received earrings I sent number emails they reply with a case number but that’s it nothing else I will write this off and will definitely be more careful highly recommend THAT you do not order anything from KOALA
