Gutted I didn’t read the reviews first. My sterling silver ring with a moonstone arrived….what a complete and utter joke! I was ripped off big time. The ring was what would fall out of a Christmas cracker and didn’t even have the moonstone in it. Just an empty space. So upset.! Offered me 10% discount or I had to return their piece of rubbish back to them recorded delivery! What a pi.. take!! Why is this company still trading??? I’ve learnt the hard way. My money is lost to some unscrupulous rogues in China!!

I bought a pearl necklace from Koala in December 2024. When it arrived it looked far from the picture on their website. In fact it looked like plastic. So I immediately wrote to Koala to request a return and refund. I have subsequently written 3 further times. I have not received any response. I feel that I have been ripped off and do not recommend this jewellery site.

The photo of the earrings showed a deep amber colour with a smooth surface what actually was delivered was a barely yellow piece of glass. The "brass" effect fittings were of equally poor quality. Lesson learned, do not buy what you don't actually see. Cheap cheap cheap. Don't waste your money.

Terrible! As others have said, I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Was sent some rubbish which was not what I ordered, and am now expected to pay to send it back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Absolute shower of rubbish. I brought some earrings as a present and they sent the wrong ones and said if I want a refund I have to pay to return them, they tried offering me 10% refund and keep the cheap tacky looking earrings. I will be raising a card dispute. Overpriced rubbish stay well clear

The worst purchase I have ever made online. Received an item that did not reset the picture or description. The necklace was like something from a Christmas cracker. My advice to everyone is avoid purchasing from this company.

Utter sham of a company - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Wish I’d read the reviews, the items I ordered took absolutely ages, have now arrived and are utter TAT. Not sterling silver, the adjustable ring wouldn’t fit a toddler & the earrings are misshapen and absolute rubbish. AVOID the waste of time trying to get a refund and DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Avoid like the Plague. Stated fast delivery anywhere in the UK so ordered items for Christmas. Placed an order 9/12/24 received an email on the 11/12/24 “It’s on its way” second email on the 15th “It’s Coming” checked tracker about a week later stated it would be there between 24/12/24 and 8/01/25 arrived 27/12/24 missing the backs for the earrings. Should have looked at the reviews before ordering, won’t be ordering again.
