Poor quality item that wasn’t fit for purpose. I bought silver earrings that were listed as 925 silver for a friend. Not hallmarked and so thick she’d need to stretch the holes in her ears to put them. The finish was awful and they looked almost like plastic toys. Despite being shipped from a UK address, returns are to China at a cost to the buyer and no way of tracking it. Earrings were around £20 after a discount. There is no way anyone would pay the discounted price for them if they were seen in real life before purchase. Tried to follow the returns procedure but all I got from the brand was a bunch of polite but useless emails that repeated themselves.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY The jewellery looks nothing like the photos on the website and I returned it (my daughter’s Christmas present) to the return UK address 7 weeks ago. They are now saying I have to return it to China but I have no longer got it as it is at the UK warehouse and they won’t return it to me to post to China - an absolute farce.

Think I got duped lol spent quite a bit as well, judging by the rest of the reviews, I think its fair to say that this company is one big huge scam. Ordered on the 4th still waiting, tracking dont exist or update its stayed stuck ever since the 4th of Feb. Emailed twice no response. I think koala brand jewels and koala jewels brand are the same company, I seen on another review they wrote to the customer they dont have a 4 digit long reference number written by koala brand yet they do as mine is 4 digits long... Everyone giving 4-5 stars have only written 1 review which is odd 👀 and 3-4 sentences long. A huge shamble of a company. They were gifts for someone and these twits would like to see me empty handed, shall see if the bank can return the money what a joke!!!

Absolutely horrible company - don’t buy from them!! This company sold me a pair of earrings ‘reduced from £100 to £24’ on December 5th 2024. They were bought as a Christmas present & whilst it looked as though the company shipped from the UK it turned out they shipped from China. After over a month of chasing up the earrings arrived on 15th January & they don’t look anything like the ones I ordered. In fact they look as though they were made from rubbish metal & enamel paint by a 4 year old. The company has since offered me ‘a discount’ as it doesn’t offer any refunds if the customer ‘doesn't like’ the item sent. Customer service has been pretty good & fairly responsive but the company is a scam. Please don’t be fooled by them or waste your money buying from this bunch of crooks. I’d love to provide a photo but there’s not an option to do so.

The only way for this company to improve is SHUT DOWN!!!!! BOUGHT a bracelet tried to cancel order 12 times without success. Don't try getting in touch with this crowd they are crap,just like the bracelet they sent,it's absolute rubbish. PLEASE PLEASE stay clear of these scammers.they are disgusting.

There is no way the positive reviews are genuine. They are indeed from China, which they use to account for shipping delays. 1 item very poor quality and no chance of refund - another item just didn't arrive at all. I received emails every 5-7 days "updating" my shipping status - some claimed it had been dispatched, others claimed it was out for delivery then it went back to saying it had been dispatched. None of the estimated delivery times were met, they just got later and later with each "update". I don't even have something to return and apparently I can't cancel the order because "it had been dispatched".

DO not touch this company - they are a Scam!!! The are selling jewellery with lovely pictures, but what you actually get DOES NOT LOOK anything like the picutures. I ordered two rings, only one arrived and the one that did looks nothing like what i ordered. The customer service is appauling. Total SCAM!!!

Been duped!! Ordered 3 items received 1 which was just awful and cannot get refund! AVOID this company - they are based in China and their customer service is so bad! Will try credit card company route but expect no joy! Scammed!!
