I bought a ring and it arrived weeks after ordering it. It was tacky to be honest. The stone was damaged in 2 places, it looked awful. After so many emails they emailed back saying I had to pay for it to be sent back and pay for it to be recorded delivery so it does not get lost. They said i would only get a part refund. Also if I kept the tacky broken ring they would refund me £2.50. I am fuming, these need to be shut down. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE ITS A SCAM

Scam company. States clearly on the website that you have an 8 hour window to cancel, I emailed to cancel after 15 minutes and they emailed back 2 days later saying my cancel request was outside of the 8 hour window and they had already processed my order and that they will tell me how to return my order, with a 10% refund offered after i have sent the product back. I have screenshots to prove my email was sent within 15 minutes of ordering. I have requested a refund via my bank, which has been accepted.

Stay away absolute RUBBISH CHEEP looking poorly made .look nothing like the photos . Lesson learned.

Delivery time took 2 weeks longer than it should do, customer service is unhelpful and doesn't answer queries properly. The the ring arrived! And it's the tackiest, cheapest looking piece of utter tat I have EVER seen. Don't get sucked in, just take your money and buy yourself something actually nice from a good retailer.

Absolute scam! The pics on the site look nice and genuine, only to receive cheap plastic from China. Have emailed for return address and full refund. Will be taking thr matter further

I had a terrible experience with this company. It took three weeks just to ship my order, and when I finally received it, the earrings looked nothing like what I originally ordered. When I reached out to customer service, they offered me a mere 10% discount to keep the incorrect item or a return at my own expense—both of which were completely unacceptable. I expected much better service and resolution, but the matter is still unresolved. I would not recommend buying from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a necklace and earring set supposed to be heavily reduced, that was my first mistake. When it arrived it looked NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE OF THEIR WEBSITE. I didn't open the package due to the fact there were earrings in it. When I contacted them to return they offered 10% refund, I wrote to say it was not acceptable and to send details of a return address, they also said I needed to return by tracking which works cost too much with no guarantee of getting my money back, I've written it off but it has taught me a lesson, no more online jewellery purchases for me.
