Giving 1 star is generous! I would highly advise to AVOID buying from this company. Awful customer service. Item never received. Chased relentlessly for over 2 months and the only response I did get back was clearly an automated reply. Repeated requests for a refund were ignored. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Paid £22 for some earings. A package arrive from Temu and I was confused. It was the earings, really tacy and flimsy. Could have just gone straight to Temu and bought them for £1 if that was what I was after

It took weeks to arrive, didn't fit ,so they offered me a 10% discount, lovely but it still won't fit ? So I paid to return it , I don't know why because I new I wouldn't get my money back , I sent proof of posting and reciepts but they still haven't received it , i posted 18,03,25 it's now 16.04,25 , I didn't know it was from China and was a load of crap . Just a warning anyone is thinking of buying from them .

The items they claim to be of good quality are not. They are of poor quality and not worth the amounts they are charging even with at the discounted or sale price. Do not be fooled into thinking they are a reputable company who actually believe in their products and are willing to refund the price if customers are dissatisfied. They say they want to help but they have no intention of doing so.

BEWARE- this is a scam company. The earrings I ordered were nothing g line the ones I got which were complete tat. They offer 10% and refuse to offer postage for return. Then just ignore you. This company should be closed down as they are ripping many people off.

Ordered some earrings, they were initially responsive (although just stated the same non-specific thing repeatedly) when the estimated date had passed, however have just been ignoring me now another week has gone by. I’ve had to apply for my money back via the bank. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
