Lousy quality - vaguely resemble online photos but it was a damn good photographer that took them 🙄 Have returned them at my expense…to China (following several emails being offered a partial refund and I could keep the goods - how is that a solution?!). Now I have to wait to see if a refund materialises. Would not recommend.

If I could give them no stars i would have. Firstly -the order took forever to arrive. It was shoddily packaged which was the first indication of what to expect. The rings were rubbish, not as stated in the descriptions, unidentifiable metals and definitely not crystals for eyes!! Am very angry for having been duped by this fraudulent company with no recourse to recover my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY anything It is sheer tat and vastly overpriced. Like all other reviewers I feel bitterly disappointed in the customer service provided AND the shoddy quality of the goods. If I could find a way to take down this fraudulent site I would. Their tracking service is a joke. The jewellery is nothing like what photographed DONT deal with these people……

I made an order in May 25 for One set of earrings and two different rings one of them having three rings as a set & the other was a single ring . All that came was a pair of earrings NOTHING ELSE. I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO NO AVAIL I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY AGREED TO SORT IT BUT NEVER DID.INSTEAD THEY HAVE SENT ME RINGS THAT ARE NOTHING LIKE MY ORIGINAL ORDER. I AM ABSOLUTELY PEED OFF WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WISH THAT I HAD NEVER CLAPPED EYES ON THEM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

How l wish l had read the reviews before using this awful company. I believe theirv" modus operandi" is photo expensive jewellery& price it cheaply. Like all the reviewers my order was not available which they didn't inform me. Instead they sent an alternative which was shoddy & definitely not worth the price l paid. This company needs closing .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm still waiting for my order which I placed on 8th June. The tracking is useless and still states a delivery of 23-29th June - today is 9th July. I've sent several emails - most with the reply of "be patient" but now I've asked for a refund as the earrings were for a birthday present that has now passed - but they're now not even answering my emails. I wished I'd read the reviews before placing an order as its an absolute sham of a company.
