AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!! I loved the designs and had a few rings in my basket. I decided to order one to see how it would go, and I'm so glad I did...One of the stone's was BADLY set which was so annoying, however i decided to wear the ring to a friends wedding. Only to find the ring made my finger black. I WOULD never buy anything from this company, please don't waste your money as the customer service is very poor too.

Refunds are impossible and the product was not what was described - terrible!!! Avoid at all costs

Like so many other people I have been swindled by this company, accepted an offer of 40% refund but still waiting. They don't reply to any emails now. Please do not have anything to do with this company. They should not be allowed to get away with this. My bank will only take the dispute on if the item has been returned. I am so angry that I got conned!

If I could score a zero I would definitely do that. This is the worse company I have ever received anything from and the customer service is terrible. I ordered a pair of earrings which was supposed to be delivered in 10 days and over a month later the JUNK turned up damaged and so poorly wrapped. Contacted customer service straight away with pictures only to be informed that I have to return them back special delivery at my expense or I could keep the damaged earrings which you could wear and they’ve given me me 10% back😱😱. So I lose either way. I would never recommend this website and I hope this stops others from ordering. Absolute garbage.

I thought the ring I was buying was mafe of silver - I don't think it is. I wouldn't use them again. I'd give them 0 if I could!

I have just been scammed by this company. They put a picture of an item on the website , I ordered for a bangle they sent me a wrong used bangle. I have emailed hem I hope I will get a refund

If I could give 0 I would. The website describes this as a British company. I always check this in case of returns as well as the return policy. I ordered 3 pairs of earrings. 2 are reasonable (certainly not worth the supposed original price). The 3rd is nothing like the photograph. On attempting to return it I find the return address is China and the purchaser is required to pay P&P. Clearly not with sending back.
