AVOID!! Simply never got my purchase and customer service did nothing to rectify this!! Wasted money. Sorry I hadn't read more reviews beforehand. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

The saying 'what looks too good to be true' usually is and I wish i had read reviews before ordering. I ordered earrings at a vastly reduced price as it said company closing down, but the picture looked really lovely and at such a bargain price. They have just arrived and are cheap and nasty, not even worth the discounted price. So disappointed. Dont be fooled by the vastly reduced prices.

I ordered 3 rings from them. Two came about 2 weeks after i ordered and they tarnished after 1 wear. The third one never came. I been emailing them constantly and they said they have issued a refund but i never got anything and after that they stopped answering my emails. I spend over £60 with them i’m so mad and upset. Anyone got any advice what i can do to get my money back?

To everyone who has been ripped off by Koala Jewelery lately go to your bank for a refund. Explain how they send the wrong item then insist it gets send recorded delivery to China which is uneconomical even though the package came from the West Midlands. Also report the company to Trading Standards, as you all know it's a total scam company.

The ring ordered looked amazing on the website bit the one that arrived looked like it came from a cheap christmas cracker, The delivery came from an address in Brierley Hill but for a refund the return has to be sent to China so there is no point in the refund as the shipping costs are so expensive. Total Rubbish both company and goods

Pulling my hair out here! I purchased earrings for my wedding that were £30 REDUCED FROM £100?!!! They came, are poor, cheap quality & and a ‘pearl’ missing. I keep getting the same response when emailing stating I have to return as per returns policy - Sending tracked to china or keep for 10% refund!!?! So annoyed with myself for shopping with them.

This company is based in China. They are a fraudulent business and will take your money. Reported to credit companies and Trading Standards
