Koala BayReviews of koalabay.com

I contacted the head office by email and received a prompt response advising me to contact the Koala Bay Troya store directly. I subsequently sent two emails to the store but received no reply(faulty goods) Within one month of my purchase, I returned to the store to request a refund. The staff initially insisted that only an exchange was possible. After I referred them to their own 30-day refund policy, they eventually agreed to process the refund. However, before doing so, I was asked to return two days later without justification, two phone calls were made to the manager, and I was described as "aggressive" simply for asserting my rights as a consumer. This experience fell well below the standard of customer service I would expect.

Was in Habenaras shop girls very friendly and helpful. Bought 5 different garments. Great quality. Thanks girls.

I bought online, as I already knew the brand from my visit to Málaga. The service was very quick and the clothing is top quality. I’m very happy with Koala Bay and I’m loyal to the brand. It’s also worth bearing in mind that, as it’s a Spanish brand and following Brexit, the delivery prices are very reasonable.

Avoid this company unless you're happy to pay a return postage fee of £17! Also, the item I ordered was poor quality compared with how it appeared on the website, the material was so thin almost see-through.

I ordered a T shirt I had seen on holiday . Not available in my size in the shop. Sent a completely different item which was too small for me. Tried to return it which would have cost me £17 ! I will not be buying from them again
