No compréis online!

Zero Quality
The quality of two technical polo shirts I ordered and received were absolutely disgusting. Worth about 5€ rather than 45€
Would recommend giving their products a total miss

Replacement wrongfully refused
Wore a dress I bought and wore once that had a fault with the strap so the strap came off. I was already wearing it so did not have the receipt. I took it back to the shop with proof of my debit card purchase but they refused to change it.

Unfortunately an avoid for now...
You charged me VAT at checkout when you shouldn't have done. But having done so, you then failed to let Fedex know and now I have them chasing me to pay tax on a UK import I have already paid, alongside their various charges on top. I jave sent you numerous emails and wenmb messages and I bave receieved zero acknowledgment or response. My order was over the VAT threshold for you to collect but having made that error you then failed to inform Fedex I had already paid. That aside, you don't advertise anywhere on your website that purchasing online from the UK may attract tax charges. It's a shame, as I like your clothes. I regularly visit Spain and purchase in your shops. Will you now respond? All I want is for you to inform Fedex I have paid my bill. Obviously, I don't want to pay tax twice plus unnecessary charges on top. Otherwise at best you lose a customer for life. At worst I'll have no choice but to file legal proceedings in Spain so that you can clear the debt I shouldn't have acquired.

Terrible verbal abuse from shop assistant in Moraira store
Good morning, I am writing to report an incident that occured last night at Koala Bay shop - Calle del Dr. Calatayud, 8, 03724 Moraira, Alicante.
We entered the shop in the evening and immediately noticed the shop assistant being very rude towards us and other customers. My husband was stood with our baby in a pushchair and she got very frustrated that he was in her way and told him (rudely) to go and stand outside! He wanted to look at shoes but wasn't allowed to, because he had a pushchair with him! What discrimination ! There was only one other lot of customers in the shop, so it wasn't as though the shop was absolutely packed.
My daughter wanted to buy a hat and tried on a few and she came over and intimidated her by rudely adjusting how she had put each hat down whilst she was still trying them on. My friend wanted to try on some dresses so she hastily took her to a room to try them on but was constantly rolling her eyes, 'huffing' and generally acting very rude and strange. I noticed she was also acting rude to another customer who tried something on too. My daughter bought the hat (the time on her receipt was 22:15 if you wish to review CCTV of this incident.) My friend wanted to buy one of the dresses and even when she went to the till to pay the rudeness and disgusting attitude continued to the point when even the children noticed and asked what was wrong with the lady and asked what we had done wrong.
I asked in Spanish if everything was ok as I was genuinely concerned by how she was behaving and wondered if something serious had happened to upset her. The absolute barrage of abuse that followed has completely shocked myself , my family and our friends who were visiting Moraira for the first time. I have never , ever , been spoken to and treated with such disrespect and hatred in a shop ,in any country like we were last night. I asked what her name was and she said Llorena - I'm not sure if this would be the truth or not. My friend paid for her dress on card and on leaving the till she shouted that the card payment hadn't gone through. At this point my friend felt so upset by the abuse that she decided she didn't want to go through with the transaction anymore so we put the bag back down and walked out of the shop. She still actually wants the dress , however the actions of your staff member left us all feeling too intimidated to buy it. We did nothing at all to trigger this behaviour. I also wanted to return during the holiday and purchase some shorts and a t-shirt I liked however will not be returning if this staff member is still working there..
She spoke in Spanish making fun of us and I understood as I also speak Spanish.
Our children, especially my friends 4 year old little girl was very upset by the incident and kept asking afterwards what was wrong with the lady.
The point in my email is to of course complain about the terrible abuse we received however also to inform you that I would be genuinely concerned for the mental health of this employee and feel that she is not mentally fit to be at work at present.
I look forward to your response and hope that you will take this feedback seriously. This incident had a huge impact on our evening and left us all feeling very intimidated and upset. Moraira is like our second home and your shop with this employee has tainted it for us slightly last night. I don't feel there is a place for an employee like this , making people feel like she has when they are just trying to enjoy a nice evening and spend their hard earned money. This is a terrible representation of your brand and needs taking seriously and addressing!
