I am having a great experience with Knownwell. The providers are very knowledgeable and practical, and genuinely interested in a positive outcome for me. The administrative staff have been very helpful in hiring ironing out any issues with insurance and pharmacies. I love the fact that I can easily communicate with my team and schedule appointments online - very different from the usual drill with a doctor’s office. With Knowwell there are no long waits on the phone, no long waits for appointments and no being asked to show up early just to wait in the office, LOL! Excellent!

Knownwell's billing department is a disaster. I was told multiple times that they were in the process of being contracted with BCBS Anthem and I would be charged as in Network. Now I am getting charged $1100 for my first 2 visits. I can't seem to talk to anyone actually in the billing department so who knows if they getting the multiple messages I have left with customer service. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is that my provider is very good.

Compared to dealing with WW it was a dream come true. WW made everything so difficult & took up to 10 days to respond. I wish I would have found you sooner & left WW a long time ago.
