I heard about knownwell through a Facebook reel and I just heard, “Will your insurance not cover your medicine? Well, come to us, we’ll get it covered!” So I was like, “What the heck it’s worth a shot!” And lo and behold, they got my weight loss shot covered by my insurance. The doctor is very knowledgeable about the shot and she listens attentively and answered all my questions that I had and even told me how awesome it was to lose as much as I did in just the first 3 weeks!!! I left that appointment very happy 😃 !!!

The best thing of this program is the nurse Rachael she’s amazing. She’s very knowledgeable. Helpful knows how to answer. The question helps you out with whatever you need and it’s been in a readable experience.

They take they time to go over your meds and medical conditions they listen to your weight loss journey. I appreciate the nutritional guidance and they can tell you if your medical history would be a qualifying factor for your insurance . They are always available for questions and concerns and they were able to explain how the medication works along with me they added an addition medication to assist me in losing weight . Very knowledgeable staff.

Knownwell was the answer to my prayers, I reached out to the team on line and it was very easy might I add, I received a call and a telehealth visit in a timely manner. They advised me of what they could do and the did just that. I now have my husband joining the team.
