The doctor Samantha made me feel so at peace with the process. She congratulated me for the success that I had before and the courage to keep going. She also explained to me each medicine and stated that I would be a good fit to take it to be able to lose more weight. This experience is well needed.

I have access to my test results & prescriptions & appointments quickly on their app or website. The cost is upfront and there are no membership fees. They do everything they can to get me the best prices on their services, lab testing, and prescriptions. Since last August 2025, I’ve lost 50 lbs on Zepbound and kept it off. My diet is healthier & I’ve never felt better.

I heard about knownwell through a Facebook reel and I just heard, “Will your insurance not cover your medicine? Well, come to us, we’ll get it covered!” So I was like, “What the heck it’s worth a shot!” And lo and behold, they got my weight loss shot covered by my insurance. The doctor is very knowledgeable about the shot and she listens attentively and answered all my questions that I had and even told me how awesome it was to lose as much as I did in just the first 3 weeks!!! I left that appointment very happy 😃 !!!
