My first appointment went great! I transferred from another clinic to Dr. Reierson. She had read up on my history and understood where I’m at in my weight loss journey. Happy to keep going with Knownwell.

Everything was excellent, staff is friendly, easy making the appointment and my appointment went well.

I would normally have given 0 stars. Ever since Paul pettinato left, the office has turned Into a disaster. Poor response time. Ignored messages for days and days. I can’t wait to leave this practice. Not only with me, but my wife had all the same issues. Can’t get referrals, can’t get anyone to even just respond. I would recommend staying clear away from the needham office and just pick any other place anywhere

I enjoyed my visit with NP Celisa McGrone. She was very knowledgeable and had a pleasant demeanor. She made something that could be uncomfortable to discuss very easy and I never felt judged when speaking with her. Definitely will recommend others to them in the future.

My provider Shanita Ausborn,Np was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and actually listened to address my concerns. The process was easy and convenient.
