I will never do business with these people again
Not only did the server malfunction constantly when we asked to cancel it within the 30-day period they said they were going to refund the money but instead of refunding the money they decided they wanted to put out an outstanding pass to invoice saying we owed them money so now I have to file a dispute with the bank because they're billing department didn't want to do what it said it was going to do.

Hello, Thanks for leaving your review. I've reviewed ticket KH202403IFDFZC regarding your cancellation and we show that everything was closed out and fully refunded. Your order was for an unmanaged dedicated server, which is not eligible for our 30 day refund. While reviewing your tickets I see that most of your issues revolve around the install and usage of control panel software on that server, which would be for you to administer on an unmanaged server, however our billing did indeed issue you a refund when requested. Your initial cancellation request submitted Sat, 02 Mar 2024 12:33 am did not include a refund request, which when processed set your cancellation at the end of the paid for billing term. When you requested the refund in a reply on Sat, 02 Mar 2024 05:15 pm our staff updated the cancellation date, and issued the refund on Sat, 02 Mar 2024 05:58 pm. Now it does appear that when the service canceled, the invoice for that service did not automatically void out of the system as it should have which is what you claim as an "an outstanding pass to invoice" but a simple reply to your ticket was all it took to correct that. I wish you the best.
