This review is not part of a promotion or incentive driven. This is a true customer that has had a good experience with KH....I had shopped around for a host for my website for about 6 months. I kept hearing good things about KH and decided to go with them. This is our first website and host and the customer service has been amazing. Several times I have had questions or problems with the website and they were very quick to respond and help. When they could have said, "you need to speak to your IT person for that" they didn't. They even spoke to me over the phone for a better understanding and resolution when needed. I will be a KH customer for as long as I need a host for my website.

After so many years, I have a very clear idea of what we need for smooth and sustainable operation, so I didn’t choose a company easily, but emailed each potential one individually and asked about everything that mattered. This is how I ended up choosing KnownHost, and we’ve been completely satisfied ever since, using a "semi-dedicated" package. There was even a more complex support ticket where even the owner himself got involved for discussion.
