I wish I could leave a worse review. I have been trying to contact this company about not receiving two packages. But it says on the website you can't cancel the account or they can't access previous activity. SCAM! I have been charged 3 times now and received nothing. I also can't get an email back, there is no phone number to call, and now they blocked me on facebook messenger when I was just trying to get answers, or my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

if i could give a lower rating I would ignore customer requests for a refund brought as a gift a month ago still not recieved a thing Customer support keep telling you to wait or don't get back to you in a timely manner

*UK order* I was stupid enough to purchase from this company even after reading the reviews. I ordered mt first set on August 15th, the maximum shipping and processing time elapsed and I was told to wait until September 2nd before an investigstion could be opened. I sent an email on September 2nd saying my order still wasn't here and they've sent me another one today telling me to wait until the 4th. Today is the 4th! I'm contacting my credit card company to get a refund and I'm reporting them to trading standards. I've never experienced anything like this!

The worst, and I mean the WORST underware I have ever purchased. I can get better on wish. How can you sell items this bad. And also took 3 weeks to get to me.. frayed, to big and horrible material. Also came in packaging that I would expect anthrax to arrive in. Horrible, don't do it.

I purchased The “nice and naughty” subscription for myself a few months ago in size medium. The quality was very underwhelming, the first pair was too big and the second pair was too small lol. But the price was good and I decided to gift a second subscription to my friend for her birthday. The website is an an absolute joke. I added the second subscription and chose the gift for someone else option and then added her shipping address, assuming that my billing address would remain unchanged. The next thing I know, I’m getting emails addressed to my friend welcoming me to Knotty Knickers so I checked my account and sure enough my name had been changed and the billing address was now her address and the shipping address was mine ugh. I spent the entire afternoon trying to fix it and emailed them with no answer so I canceled both subscriptions and asked them to refund me for the new subscription to which I got a form letter stating that I couldn’t get a refund for an existing account (it had only been 3 hours since I added the second one) I made sure to cancel directly through PayPal, at least I’m only out $5.75. I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this company!!

Sent me cheap pairs that were not featured on their Facebook page, and when I questioned this in a comment, I was blocked. Customer Service didn't respond to any emails either. Seems like a company run out of one's basement (undies probably acquired from Alibaba), dollar store quality! BEWARE!

I wrote a review on here recently and said I would review how the process of unsubscribing goes. I unsubscribed from knotty knickers today after 6 months of a subscription. I have been treated excellent. And the products have been good. I just hit unsubscribe from my packages and all is cancelled. It is a great service. I will be back.

Absolute GARBAGE ! I never received my order and they keep giving me bulls*it excuses and won’t take responsibility. Do not purchase from them!
