Normally I’m a 2X in underwear but due to the sizing chart, I went ahead and ordered a 3X.... let me tell you, there is NO WAY in hell that they were a size 3X. They did not fit at all & two of my products arrived with holes in the lace. Tried to email Support, still heard nothing. Don’t waste your money!!

I've never really had any issues with this company. The underwear is a crapshoot whether they will fit or not since the sizing is slightly inconsistent, but I've always received my packages, although sometimes a bit later thanks to covid. It isn't too difficult to find the cancel option if you're actively searching for it, either. I did recently cancelled my subscription so that's how I know. My reason for cancelling is because I am consistently having to pay extra postage for my packages which means a trip into town, full of people actively walking around without masks... No, thanks.

Like many others here I had a subscription and never received my product. When i emailed the first time i was told to wait another week. When i emailed after a week, i received no response. Then they charged me for another month and i responded to that about my previous order not being delivered and they said per their terms and conditions i should have contacted them 15 days after my order, even though their estimated delivery date was AFTER 15 days (which i emailed when that window had passed) and now they have limited tracking. So they take my money and i have no product and no help from their customer service.

Just know that they send your underwear without tracking and will not help you once shipped. My underwear never arrived, their chat support on FB was useless, and they banned me from their Facebook page when I stated that my underwear never arrived. This company is a scam and I now have to try to get my money back thru PayPal.

AVOID! The quality is so bad, the stitching is horrible and the fabric is cheap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Horrible customer service and the website is actively terrible. It is also incredibly difficult to find the option to cancel.

I've been subscribed for about a year now. Was surprised by all the negative reviews, but there are a handful that are copy/pasted and talk about "the dress" when the company sells undies. So I question if a competitor isn't sending some fake ratings to this website. I'm a size 12 pants, 36" waist and wear the size XXL in Knoty Knickers. I order the "nice" packages which don't have any thongs, most of the panties I get are cheeky. The quality is decent, for how cute they are and the price it's not a bad value at all. They are hand wash only, I don't have time for that so I put them in a mesh bag and wash in the delicate cycle and that works great for me.

Terrible customer service!! Don’t actually send what you order and pay for and when you ask about the stays of your order they claim they’ve sent it and take it up with the post or you can purchase it again. Horrible company.
