I would like to say that they stand behind there product. I called them about a possible warranty on an air filter for my motorcycle. I purchased the bike used in 09 and the first thing I did was install a K&N air filter. It’s now 2024 and the filter media has started to deteriorate. I have always cleaned it every spring for the summer riding season. I called them and explained what was going on with the filter. They sent me a new one no questions asked. They didn’t even have me pay shipping. I was not expecting that. I will definitely be only running there filters for the rest of my life. You have definitely made a costumer for life.

They sent the wrong size wiper blades and they expect me to pay for them to be returned to them. Won't buy anything from K&N again.

The worst customer service ever. All they care is to get your money and when you need their support they won’t give the extra effort to have a happy customer. Will not do business with K&N ever.

Over priced for what they are for something that costs less than a fiver to make in china at a guess

I posted a 1 star review on their store for a poor fitment cabin filter that had to be curved and shoved making the filtration useless At 3x the cost oem. I get thr email confirmaion of my review and to my surprise my review was NOT posted on thir product site. It only has a handful of 5 star reviews only. This immediately made me lose trust in this company over thir shady practices and skewed reviews. I will never trust another one of their "high rated" products. Purchased many air intakes in tbe past. Will look elsewhere many options out there

Do not Buy form this company. They are currently holding $492 Dollars of my money after 2 returns after 3 months. I ordered a Cabin Filter and intake, They sent Air Filter and Intake (Same thing) Upon getting the intake it was made wrong (they admittded) and it did not fit. I sent all items back and have never received a refund. Their customer service while you can get them on the phone, they cant solve any problems.

I had to email them several times to get an answer to a very simple question and they finally answered me after I quoted their website about how customer orientated they were. Good product but the worst customer service.

Mx5 Typhoon induction kit. £339.00 It arrived dented and chipped… it looks like a secondhand product. There is clearly zero quality control, an 8 year old could have packed it better!, I won’t be recommending them in a hurry!
